Appointments

How will you be supported during our sessions:

Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes. During trauma work there are times when our nervous system has done enough regulating for the day, if I notice this, I will stop our work at the 45-minute mark to insurance safety and allow you to slowly integrate our time together. At other times, we may find ourselves in a place where we cannot step away because we are processing something important- I will not stop the session until we have completed that particular process. Avoiding overwhelm with our work is a priority in my practice. My intention is to be mindful of the pace at which you are processing your experience, while also actively promoting healthy nervous system regulation.

Fees

Therapy

Therapy sessions are $160 per visit, and if you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance policy, monthly statements can be provided for paid sessions so that you may submit claims to our insurance provider for reimbursement.
